Well I was writing Rae yesterday morning about how all the colorful leaves have fallen from the trees and all that is left now are the ugly grey leaves. I pulled the rest of my veggies this weekend, with the exception of my cabbage. I also tilled and covered it up with the leaves we raked to prepare it for the winter. I then spent about 4 hours in my strawberry patch weeding and tilling and transplating the cuttings. I should have about 1200 strawberry plants next spring if all goes well over the winter. It was kind of sad to be wrapping things up in the garden. But it was a beautiful day to be outdoors.

I'm just letting the deer eat everything..I'm tired of fighting the planteating longlegged rats..Hunting season has begun...yeah!!! Be sure and bring some of those good veggies here when you come for Thanksgiving...yum..

I will bring some chard.
